Shipping & Returns
1. What is your return policy?
If you didn't absolutely love your purchase from FLUID UNION and would like to return it, please email us at orders@fluidunionapparel.com. We will issue a store credit for products returned/exchanged within 14 days from delivery date that arrive in their original condition. We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Your items must be in the same condition in which you received them (tags still attached, unworn, etc.). Return shipping is a buyer responsibility - we recommend purchasing a label with tracking # through your preferred carrier (at this time we will only accept returns dropped off via carrier service). Once we receive your return and process it, we will notify you of your issued store credit.
Please note that Fluid Union Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Returns shipped after 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All sale orders (including promo code use) are final sale.
2. How do I start a return?
Easy. Email us at orders@fluidunionapparel.com. Please put "RETURN" in the subject line so we can address it ASAP. We'll handle the rest.
3. How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow a bit more time for the refund to show up in your account.
4. What's the status of my order?
Email us at order@fluidunionapparel.com and we'll keep you posted. Once your FLUID UNION product has left our facilities, you will be notified via email and will receive a tracking number. That's the best way to stay up-to-date on the whereabouts of your product.
5. How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at orders@fluidunionapparel.com as soon as possible and put "CANCEL" in the subject line. We can't guarantee order cancellation, but we'll do our best.
6. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master card and American Express credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and ShopPay. We do not accept prepaid gift cards, checks, paypal or money orders.
7. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to continental Canada and the United States, Europe, and Australia. We'll keep you posted as we expand the list of places we ship to.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Fluid Union Apparel does not charge any applicable duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in your destination country. Payment of duties or taxes are payable by customers (you). We will NOT cover these costs.
8. Can I choose which currency I'd like to pay in?
You can shop in the currency of your preference on our website. All you have to do is select the currency metre from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen. You can currently shop in CAD and USD, EUR, AUD, GBP.
9. When will my order ship?
Can't wait to get your hands on your new FLUID purchase? Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.
Once that's done, our shipping carrier takes it and we'll send you an email with your shipping information!
Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed.
10. How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping rates are as follows: standard shipping fees:
Standard Domestic shipping will take up 2-8 business days to be delivered.
Express Shipping will take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
All international orders can take up to 8-15 business days to be delivered.
11. Are there any customs or duties?
US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties but International orders may vary depending on country receiving the order.
13. What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
First off- we're so sorry to hear that! We make sure to do our best to ensure this never happens. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please contact us ASAP at orders@fluidunionapparel.com and we'll do our best to resolve it!
Please note that after 30 days from your order being placed, any damages to your product are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.
